Help with Lowells buying up debts

A quick question about the Talkmobile situation. So on 2 of my credit reports (noodle and credit club) it shows payments being missed even from last month, even though the termination of contract was 3 years ago, i thought i was free to do that, I thought I had an 18 month contract not the 24 they said, I guess I was wrong. It was showing red mark payments on clearscore but that changed to green dots on my most recent report.


Im unsure what is going on,, should it be on my crdit report with each month since 2016 showing missed payments each month? (the code on credit club shows code C6)

Contact them and ask them to correct it to what it should be.

When did you actually cease payments with them and how many months into the contract was this?

Don’t forget that unless you actually cancel then the contract will keep rolling and you’ll be expected to make payments still even after the original contract terms.

I took the contract in Dec 2014 and Cancelled May 2016. I have a chat transcript where operator says:

The amount consists of early termination charge with £94.58 and the final bill for the 30 days notice with the rest of the amount

May 2016, is what they tell me, I need to check that with my last direct debit with the bank, as I think it was later than that, possibly December. I practically kept a useless contract. I think I only managed a couple of text in the whole time I was with them, but couldnt afford to cancel lol

So did you actually cancel and pay the final bill or not?

Yes I cancelled, they confirm that I cancelled in that chat transcript, i need to dig out my old bank statements and see when the last monthly payement was. Didn't pay the final bill, dont think I owe that much if anything. But I dont want it to go on and on, so il arrange something now they have my new address

Oh ive just noticed, i hadnt scrolled all the way on payments thing on credit club , so on the reports it shows change to green for last 16 months and then a U but up until last credit reports, was showing as missed. I just dont know whats going on with it. Noddle now I cant even find talkmobile on it now, not in open financial info and not in closed. Im very confused
