Have you tried enabling Advanced Calling before trying to turn on WiFi calling?
The trouble is, by not using the quote system, we don't know who you are asking!

I'm on a £5pm rolling contract with Three. Phoned them yesterday, asking for a Home Signal Box. It turned up this morning and I now have, for the first time ever, 5 bars on my phone! Pleased? You bet!

    Update...

I didn't manage to get the Home Signal as easy as some, but I have finally got one now, yay!

I went through the resolver site (via MoneySavingExpert) and was getting no luck in procuring one.

They said I wasn't eligible now that they just downgraded me to £5 a month rolling contract (what a cheek). Both me and my partner are long time Three customers and despite having "limited coverage" at home for the last 1.5 years, we were never offered a Home Signal. That's despite us calling them numerous times about the poor reception, trying to ascertain when it might be fixed!

Anyway, I escalated the complaint and finally they agreed to send one. It's made such a difference. From no bars to full bars at home. Just wish I got it sooner!

Regarding the phone, I contacted Google help chat (via my Pixel phone) and they said the operator has to enable WIFI calling. So far I've had no luck getting Three to do this!

Three don't support Wifi Calling on the Pixel 1, only EE do I'm afraid.
