Posts are only deleted if they don't conform to MSE rules.
If you contravene them, it's deleted.
None of us have any control over what is and isn't deleted and none of us are board guides.
If you have had posts deleted, it's because you included content that wasn't appropriate not because you disagreed with anything that was posted.
Some people just don't understand that is is an information board, good or bad, not a cheering on, well done hunni board.

Im convinced the assistant got me to sign the agreement BEFORE she filled in most of the other parts and THEN she ticked the PPI box....

All the info - employment status ,form of identification provided & mothers maiden name are ALL incorrect!

Im certain I would have noticed all of these had they been on the agreement when it was passed to me to sign.

Well, all I can say is good luck in proving all that! If you would like me to try and fight your case for you, just send me a signed blank cheque and I will fill everything in for you!

I always find it interesting how some people can remember what happened "many years" ago when making a claim, but always forgot the monthly reminders at the time (Statements)

I didnt need to remember anything other than the fact that I wasnt in employment at the point of sale..... i provided Santander with evidence which I requested from HMRC which then proved I wasnt working. This was the reason my complaint was upheld.

    At last.
So you weren't employed, which is a cast iron solid reason for not having it.
Not the same as 'I didn't know I had it', 'they made me have it' etc etc.

No , I wanst employed at the point of sale.

I did say that in my post on page 2 of this thread

I wasnt employed at the time so no tick in an employment status box also wouldnt have alerted me to a problem. No employment declared - no box ticked = no fraud on my behalf.

Sometimes when a thread descends into a mish mash of people all posting together I lose the will and forget to re-read...Congratulations too by the way.
