I am trying to find a free on-line "Site Map" tool to analyse a website menu structure to give a "family tree" type output (preferably MS Project compatible)
I have found several that output an HTML file that is only a list - but I need "position" rather than just existence !
Any suggestions ?

It's not up to me - it's my employer0

This employer (a school) won't even pay for a Wordpress theme - instead limiting me to free themes - so .... Do you think that they will pay for a piece of software that would only be used once ?0

Thanks - limited free trial - probably nowhere near enough for my needs !This employer (a school) won't even pay for a Wordpress theme - instead limiting me to free themes - so .... Do you think that they will pay for a piece of software that would only be used once ?
Did you look to see if any of those limited trials are good enough for one use?0 -

Does anyone know (have experience of creating such a large menu structure?)
It is getting extremely hard to handle0 -
what exactly are you trying to accomplish, and why?
Surely the school does not have a big web presence, and is basically limited to the surrounding catchment area?0 -

So I was asked to produce a new website - utililising the existing menu structure - with new graphics/ theme using WordPress (they paid for a Pro account) - so I started to learn WP
Next - I asked which theme they fancied and was told that they would decide next term (this was pre-easter) - so I started to copy the existing menu / which comprises of 6 main headings - with sub - sub - sub menus - totals over 400 items) - I know what your thinking - "how many" but theres every department with admin, languages, art, maths etc - it adds up to over 400 !! - which, for anyone who has used WP - megamenu means tons of work (there is no import or any time saving methods - every single menu item has to be manually added to the bottom of the menu and at a step at a time - moved up to its correct position then moved to the right to set its level
Anyway - I have less than 7 weeks to get this done - then I have to fill the empty links with docs/pdf's
That is not going to be easy - working just 10 hours per week
Any suggestions as to a solution ?
The old website is backed up as whtt file - using WinHTTP but this cannot be broken down to individual folders and even if it could - WP doesn't allow imports of external folders like this ...0
