Been with them for three years.
Having so much trouble with them now for my house move.My guess is - things are probably fine as long as you never have anything to sort out.I've been without the internet now for three weeks ,they cannot tell me any information about what they are doing, each time I ring them their service seems to consist of reading through the notes made on previous calls and taking a wild guess as to what might be going on,I am told a different thing every time. The worst thing is they send you little email summaries after each call writing up THEIR version of events, they 'open a question' (which you are able to view....then,they will often 'answer' their own question,or 'close' it.On some calls they have referred me to this 'online chat' as if to imply I might be at fault for not reading up on it,even though all it is only a little write up summarising our previous phone conversations ...and,I have no internet usually to be able to read it.The time has been and gone now when they were supposed to of sort out a line and arrange an engineer to come out to put in a socket, and nothing from them, they have NEVER got back to me to tell me anything ,I have no internet,no way of finding out what is happening, and no contact from them.Yet they insist I am still tied in to their contract.I have been on the phone to them for hours,I have been put on hold for ages on end,put on hold for twenty minutes and hung up on,been spoken to so rudely and direspectfully ,will never go to them ever again, cancelled my mobile with them now too

Just completed a switch to them, fraught experience.
Router had not arrived with just a few days to switch date, had to contact them to see what's up. Because I ordered the switch on a bank holiday, router had not automatically been ordered.
Managed to get the router to me on day before switch so well done I guess, though if I had not intervened who knows?
Day of switch phone connected OK. No internet, had to call next day to tell them, CS said he had to just dot some i's and cross some t's!!
Internet came on, he couldn't explain why switch didn't work as it should.
Seems if you place order on non working day gremlins may occur!
Hopefully will have 12 months trouble free from now and just maybe the cash back site will also cough up (holding breath)0
