    1) yes, that template is for each and every appeal scenario , but you do not send it , the keeper does, as I stated earlier

    2) ok , so your husband can argue it when the court case comes along, as forbidding signage , no contract formed and waiting for a space is not "parking" , plus it is HIS car , not your car

    None of the detail matters.

Come back at court claim stage, not when they reject the appeal, please no ''what's the next step?'' post until Gladstones get involved.

We win 99% of court claims defended here and have done for over 2 years.

    :)

received letter from CPM saying that theIAS provides alternative dispute resolution scheme for disputes of this type, the IAS non standard appeals service providing you lodge an appeal to them within 21 days of this rejection. If you do not wish to contest the charge further the above case has been passed to a debt recovery agency and you must now liase directly with them.

    Question ..

Do i send my appeal to theIAS, now?

    please help.

    Regards

What have you read in the NEWBIES thread about appealing to the IAS?

I'll help you with that. Here is a quote from the NEWBIES thread:
It is named and shamed on forum posts regularly as a 'kangaroo court' because even a strong appeal loses in almost every case. The IAS favours the parking firms and expects a mountain of evidence from the appellant.
    And another:
DO NOT, REPEAT DO NOT PAY £15 FOR THE 'BINDING' IAS VERSION!
