Thank you for you response. I was wondering if I should have posted it on another thread as a new post rather than on the old one. In order for people to see it who had not already seen my original post. ;)

No they havent. They have since replied to my email saying I still haven't given them my licence plate number therefore they cant proceed to look at my appeal. Is that normal practice or is it a delay tactic on there part?. Surely they have my licence number as they issued a PCN!

Obviously you need to identify the ticket you are appealing!

    Give them the reg number!

Thank you. I have done. However supplying them with the PCN number in my initial email, I'd expect them to know my reg number if they actually hold records.

I would complain to the BPA that they are ignoring your appeal on frivolous grounds. Copy in the DVLA as all complaints are logged.

Does the PCN say you can appeal by email then? Don't they have an online appeal?
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
