Online there are loads of dual-sim (or even 3 or 4 sim) phones. Have a look on amazon for example.An Android phone that's not available somewhere as dual-SIM is something of a rarity.

What budget you are on?
No point for me to recommend mate 20 pro when your budget is only £200.
I can't really comment on speaker, but there are plenty of reviews on camera.0 -
As the drive is to make phones thinner and thinner you're never going get great quality sound out of something the size of a match head.
Maybe some kind of external speaker?0 -
If you look again you may see that I was trying to say that the majority of Android phones (90%?) are dual SIM, or have a dual SIM variant. So just choose your phone and look for its dual SIM model.Online there are loads of dual-sim (or even 3 or 4 sim) phones. Have a look on amazon for example.
The are no recent Tri-SIM smartphone models as far as I know, except perhaps a couple of low spec Indian market phones. The best was the Acer Liquid X2, excellent audio but camera imperfect (I have one)..Evolution, not revolution0 -
