now the reason i use my hermes id the print in store option (plus the price) , just looked at collect plus , print in store , even tho I am in a city , seems that most collect plus are at spar shops , and in my town all spars are owned by one firm , who guess what ? have decided NOT to do in store printing0

I would question the sanity of using a service you seem to have so many issues with.
That`s quite simple. My Hermes collect the parcels which help me considering I have had a recent total knee replacement.
Yes I have had `issues` with My Hermes but now I can email the CEO office it means that they are dealt with effectively.
Yours was a odd response. Are you implying I am mad for continuing to use My Hermes? I was communicating with the OP who wanted help with a current problem and your reaction is bizarre.0 -
            banging head on brick wall

Hi Hold fire until you have had a reply from the CEO team which you should have today from the Customer Support advisers. I think you said you sent the email to the CEO? Go on the Hermes site as well and send another email putting Complaint in the header.0

In my experience Hermes are just awful. Speaking as somebody that uses ebay 90% to buy and 10% to sell, I will no longer purchase goods through anybody that uses Hermes to post. Would rather pay more to actually get the goods through Royal mail who despite their faults will make an effort to get neighbours to take the delivery or worst case hold it in the sorting office for me to collect.
In terms of OPs issue. How can Hermes claim their final delivery scan is worth anything, given that it was lobbed over a fence?1 -

You may find it odd. I find it odd to continue to reward a company with business when you have multiple options available.
Collection of items isn't Hermes exclusive.
You demonstrate why poor service continues, because people put up with it and/or simply look at the price alone.0 -

Use whomever you want.
I could care less. however i certainly wouldnt use a service (any service) that has so many issues when there are multiple options available.
Many companies offer drop off at store etc
multiple offer label printing.
However its adds up to little if there are issues with the core of the service.0 -

as I mentioned before ,
i do not own or want to spend money buying a printer for this one job
can you suggest alternate companies that offer to print your label , whilst allowing you o drop items off at your convenience0 -

So you are talking about 1 single item. never to send an item ever again?
RM offer label print at delivery offices
Collect+ for drop off, more for collection.
probably more. Im not gonna go searching for you.
So in short. you want a straw man argument to explain constantly using a service(any service) despite consistent failings?0
