Post Office Broadband the worst I've ever tried

I made the mistake of switching to PO from Plusnet without checking any reviews. Never again.
Every time I get a small download for a game, or watch a YouTube vid, my connection slows to <2Meg down and ~ 0.2Meg up. They sucked me in by bringing this in slowly and covered it up with the usual flannel of "speeds will vary for a few weeks while we optimize your line". Once the cool off period was over, it went down hill fast.
Do yourself a favour and avoid this ISP at all costs. Do your research and pay a little bit more. I'm stuck with this nonsense for 12 months now and it's not nice.
