Offer up for free on facebook local page if no takers then the tip.
Broken crocks can be used at the bottom of plant pots for drainage as well as the already mentioned art work.
I tried smashing old crockery once as stress relief during my divorce but it didn't help and made a messDecluttering, 20 mins / day Jan 2024 2/20 -
Offer to scout groups for crockery smash at fairs or on FB. You'd be surprised how quick they go.Please do not quote spam as this enables it to 'live on' once the spam post is removed.

I put ours up on Facebook for free, included old glasses and crockery. A local school took them for their summer fair - they were going to use them for a plate smashing game!0

Thank you all. On a separate note I've just taken some really nice canvas paintings and books to 3 charity shops and they all say they're too full and not taking anything. The crockery I will give to the church they want it. Does really make you think about what you buy to be honest which is a good thing.0

Sure you can. I used a pile of broken crockery (along with rubble & lime plaster) as hardcore for a shed base. In years to come, the slab can be broken up, fed through a crusher, and reused as hardcore. Her courage will change the world.
Treasure the moments that you have. Savour them for as long as you can for they will never come back again.0
