Don`t use Live Chat etc...have no clout whatsoever,

email the Ceo martijn.delange@hermes-europe.co.uk and HermesCustomerServices@hermes-europe.co.uk

You will immediately get a response as the emails are filtered to the CEO team.

"Don't use live chat"? I have an account manager for Hermes and live chat or social media work well. My AM is great but only when he's working - but even despite having him, it is sometimes easier to whack a quick tweet/DM or have LC in the background while I do the VAT.....never had an issue, never had to contact the "CEO".

I do know, that if I had a good email contact (CEO or otherwise) I wouldn't tell the world about it....because that would mean I would be in the queue with everyone else.
