My hermes telephone number

They've sent me a message saying my buyers address is a hospital- it's not, this could drag on for days tooing and froing by email.
Does anyone have a contact number for myhermes please

Have you tried twitter? I find them quite quick on there.

Or live chat.

Thanks .i don't do twitter.
Their phone number tells you to email or livechat. I can't find a livechat link.
I don't actually think they do it.

Ive asked a friend to contact them through facebook for me- they sent a garbled message, not sure about you but TWO days later they've still not responded. They asked me to provide my number ( I have) and the number of my buyer- who happens to have a media presence as I've discovered ( I've not)
The courier has just been lazy

I use live chat, sometimes you need to wait in line but you do get someone.

That is livechat for international parcels .
They could not help me.
The other so called livechat is an automated assistant that takes me into a menu that tells me to contact them..

Finally input the tracking number into the phone line option and it's got me through

Hi- I use My Hermes all the time and when I have a problem this is what I do.

Don`t use Live Chat etc...have no clout whatsoever,

email the Ceo martijn.delange@hermes-europe.co.uk and HermesCustomerServices@hermes-europe.co.uk

You will immediately get a response as the emails are filtered to the CEO team.
