It does not matter too much, your bill will start from those readings.
If Bulb is cheaper than old provider submit on the 6th, otherwise go later.
Either way the savings will be minimal.
The standing charge will commence on the 11th.

Monday it is then Bulb initiall DD £66
Sse was £84 though reduced to £60 past 2 months.
I hope Bulb settles less than 84 though I expect moderate rise from £66 as hall storage heater kept on low this year, which is nice ambient heat.
Maybe Bulb could settle in £70's range per month.
