Some landlords don't like being challenged. Some landlords don't meet their landlord's obligations. Perhaps the OP is better off somewhere else.Unlike some here, I am not omniscient. If I am wrong correct me. I won't take offence.

It is incredibly confusing living in this world where we have two different benefits systems running in parallel!Information I post is for England unless otherwise stated. Some rules may be different in other parts of UK.0
