Portswood centre (another) - should I get personal?

Thank you all for your advice and support. All those hours of work paid off, in a way, but the response of Britannia Parking is extremely lame (see below). What next? I will be responding to the land manager who told me Britannia were 'rightfully operating under their agreement with the former managing agents' to let him know that I disagree and it seems that Britannia do too. What else can we do to stop this seeming-criminality?

Well done!
Complain to your MP and Trading Standards, as well as the land manager.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Congratulations!
I think it's time someone complained to Alan Whitehead, MP for Southampton Test. He's a Southampton man and knows Portswood well, I am pretty sure that he must still take an interest in the area.
He needs to know that Britannia are still milking this car park despite not having a valid contract. For every person who bites the bullet and successfully contests the PCN, there must be many more who are being fleeced.
(Sorry for the mixed metaphors! Bullets, fleeced, milked ... anyway, you get my drift!)0
