    £800

That's for a 3 bed semi-detached in the South East (just had a look on Rightmove and would cost £1,400 to rent a similar house)
  • 650 in the north east
  • £870 for a two bed house in outskirts of London. Rent for similar property would be about £1100. Hope to be in a position to overpay a little every month once I have done some renovations.

    £995 - Was 3 bed 1 bath, now 4 bed, 2 bath.

Originally £707, but took 30k equity to extend.
Original fix and 30k deal are ending September, so probably will drop to around £650

Not currently overpaying. In North West

    1250 - 200 of which are overpayments

I changed my mortgage from 22 years to 5 a few years back and would be mortgage free at the end of the year. Paid 159k 6 years ago, selling for 270. But fell in love with new house which is 650, 470k mortgage _pale_ so will be 1625 a month.

Still feel like we're absolutely bonkers, but hell only live once right.
    Debt free as per 22/12/16 - :D
