£528 however I am overpaying with £102 extra a month (only one payment gone out so far but should take 5 years off the term and may well increase it)

What are your pension payments like Hanabris? This could be a very expensive mistake.
A pension won’t be any good to you if you lose your job and consequently your house. Secure the roof over your head first, then invest.
If you will the end, you must will the means.
  • I am paying a good amount into my pension, my employer also pays a lot in with standard contributions plus they match what I put in. So my pension is good! Aim is to have a good pension and be mortgage free in retirement
