Each time I have done this my issue has been resolved and the errors removed/corrected relatively quickly. It is worth a try.

Thanks I am with all of those so I will raise it. I didn’t realise I’d have to go to each one.

The problem is payday uk isn’t operating any more. The first thing I did was follow the normal procedure of contacting creditor. My emails bounced back and I saw they had been taken over and the company that has staked over doesn’t recognise my account as it was dealt with a few years before they took over. I will get on to it now.
