Using Dyson attachments on a Miele vacuum... Is it possible? Is there an adapter?

Hi all

I much prefer the Miele as a unit but I also really like the Dyson Tangle-free Turbine tool. Is there any way to have the two coalesce and be friends forever in domestic bliss?

Having had the Dyson in storage, I'm now having a sort out and making my final vacuum decision.

I never did get to the bottom of this, so I'm back to ask whether anyone knows whether there are any adapters or such like which allow Dyson attachments to be used on a Miele (in my case a cat and dog cylinder type).

Search on ebay, there are usually adapters available that will work.

Thanks for the tips. I think I might have over complicated it as I was putting in all kinds of things to google to try to find what I needed!
Dyson+miele+adapter seems are far simpler and more direct path

Well, I never did get around to sorting this until today.  And it would seem it isn't so simple after all.  I can't find anything that will work.  So thought I would resurface to see if anyone has ever successfully got Dyson attachments working on a Miele?

Just bought a 32mm straight pushfit coupler for waste pipe. Fits perfectly on my dyson turbo head and the miele. There is a rubber seal inside the coupler which gives a perfect fit. Only cost £1 from toolstation, and comes in black. Can now use most of my dyson tools with the miele.
