Im currently starting another appeal, as due to my silly family members idea of parking two cars in one bay (not obstructing anyone else because the space is very big) all because covid making parking spaces not available for everyone!! I feel confident about this one as there is no parking bays marked.. and bad signage... could I possibly mention that both cars are the same keeper..therefore not obstructing anyone? ..would you think that would help with the case?
