Wing parking

So I as the keeper received a parking charge notice from WING PARKING on behalf of Greenwich council last month. I am about to appeal with the template on the newbies thread but after reading it, I feel like it doesn't relate to my case, it talks about requiring all photographs which they have provided through their website. and the PCN doesn't relate to PDT machines so that's irrelevant; it's also not about overstaying of minutes. My PCN is about not displaying a permit. They have provided the close up photographs and I have seen them. Also, at the end of the template it says that the PPC shouldn't reply by email and only through the post, but on their website they say that any online appeal will be replied to by email, so I thought adding the last part of the template was also futile. So my enquiry is, does it matter how relevant the template is or not.

Thanks in advance for any help provided.

Just one question... how do you know they have already provided all photographs?

I contend that you cannot possibly know that.

Send the template unchanged - no additions or alterations needed.

    Send it as the keeper.

Some PPCs will recognise the appeal as coming from MSE forums and will put it on the 'too difficult' pile.

Okay, I guess I don't know if they provided all photographs although the photographs which were provided were pretty clear and there are 10 photographs.
Albeit, I will send off the appeal template now.
Also, just thinking, should I copy and paste the template into their appeals section or should I put it on a pdf document?

if they have an appeals section, I would copy and paste it , choosing KEEPER

as this is an ALMO case, look at previous WING PARKING ALMO cases and do what they have done, because the stage after this initial appeal is to appeal to the ALMO, before POPLA codes are involved

plus reading previous ALMO threads may give you more help than just the NEWBIES thread

Yeah, I know there is an extra step with wing parking, I just got confused because I never really questioned the template until now.

    Thanks for the reassurance!

Be ready to repeat it at 2nd stage, quickly (a window of just 14 days I think).

At POPLA stage you need a longer appeal re no keeper liability (see any WING POPLA thread!).
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Updating the thread, I have received the Stage One appeal rejection letter both through the post and by email funnily.

Just wondering, should I start Stage Two appeal ASAP or delay as much as possible?

    Again, thanks!

Get a move on; you only have 14 days to get this 2nd stage appeal in.

I'm just about to send off the Stage 2 appeal to the council and on the letter from wing it says that I should state why I'm not satisfied with the reply. I was only going to send off the exact same appeal from the newbies thread and I can't find relevant info on the other threads about wing.

Do I still just send off the template or add more information?
