  • Bartbear, I hope you're still in contact with them to try and find out. It's obviously strange to have points removed anyway, let alone it resulting in a negative account balance, and it would be concerning if they'd done that after deciding there was something wrong with your activity, especially if you only accumulate points through codes and videos rather than completing any offers.
Also, since Molly's points have returned, I hope whoever replied to your support ticket just wasn't aware of the glitch or something and maybe not everyone's points were fixed.
Molly, yes, I think it's good to redeem them as often as possible to maximise reaching goals or bonuses at the site you redeem them to. Not sure if you already do that.

I use the points on the Swagbucks site, and usually only cash them in when I need them to reach that day's target.  I had been saving up for Christmas, when I don't expect to spend that much time on my computer!  But we'll see...
  • Sure, and I redeem mine to Keep Rewarding but in terms of redeeming them to Swagbucks just to tick off Discover, or get a few SB to reach the daily goal, it's a shame it's not possible to specify at Hideout how many points you'd like to redeem and it just redeems almost all of them! I think it would be nice to be able to choose so many each time, as and when you need them!

Yes, I agree - I have often thought that I would like to be able to specify how many to redeem.
  • redeeming how many points you like is a good idea
