anybody points going to minus I had 3000 odd points then suddenly -17000 clicked on something now -23000
Yesterday I had 1400 points suddenly taken away

I have 6000+ points, and earlier today was horrified to see that they had reduced to around 2.5!  I logged out and logged in again and all my points came back, but I don't know what may have happened during the period that they were not displaying.

I've seen them making facebook posts about fixing peoples points problems in the past. Should be worth getting in touch if it doesn't fix itself. They won't have any problem understanding that it's not right!

Well, even if you were to only pick up the codes for 9 points each day you'd be able to clear the -23k in only 7 years.

Seriously though, hope they get it sorted soon.

sent a support ticket not a lot of help Thank you for checking with us about this. Unfortunately, if credit is revoked, the status of your credit cannot be changed. When this happens, full payment on the credit to you, to us, and to the publisher is unfortunately revoked as well.

Woah. Are they saying that your credit has been retrospectively revoked? ie you owe them points? Why?

I am not sure what I have done. Luckily I cash out nearly every day or other day.

Sorry to hear that, so annoying. I also cash out every few days to avoid any issues. Hopefully, it will be sorted.
