Thanks Coupon-Mad, I have amended it with those suggestions.

Anything else stands out that needs amending?

Also, I know I have until 1st July 2019 to submit it, is there any advantages/disadvantages of waiting until close to that date, or does it not matter when it is submitted as long as its before then obviously?

With the amendments suggested by Coupon-mad, looks good to go, containing, as it does, all the points in one of the "standard" concise defences written by Bargepole plus the points specific to your case and the land clause.

Thanks Coupon_Mad and all the others that have helped/given advice so far.

One question at this point is should I send my defence in now or wait until closer to the 1st July cut off point? Is there any positives/negatives to hanging on?

    Thanks

Hi All, I have received my DQ from the court and just filling it in, can someone please confirm that I need to send a copy of it to the Parking Scammers as well as back to the CCBC?

Please don't ask us questions about the court process

Read up on this in the newbies FAQ thread

#2 comprehensively covers court claims with links to walk you through the process

It should now be your Bible over this

Can anyone please advise if the MCOL gets updated when the CCBC receive the completed DQ back to them?

Just I posted it on Monday (1st Class and with proof of postage) and its not showing anything on there yet.

    Thanks

    MCOL will get updated eventually.

The CCBC seem to have extensive delays, maybe two weeks or more, from time to time.

Don't worry. You have proof of when the completed DQ was returned, and hence when it was deemed delivered.

One further question - Do VCS get a DQ to fill in and should they send me a copy of it - like I have of mine to them?

Yes they should, I am surprised you haven't received it yet as it seems to be a ploy by some PPCs to put stress on defendants by sending an early DQ trying to pressure them into falling for the old mediation and/or "on papers" trick.
