In the OP's case I've no idea-hence my comment telling them to make a complaint and try obtain the info from the insurer.

Thanks, yes I have made a complaint and am now waiting a call back, been waiting all day! Theyve gone quiet all of a sudden. I have also searched registry trust and sent them a copy of the report which also shows no CCJs.
