You should have posted it in the reply, that's easier.

Never add to the first post, as once it goes to a second page, your thread will NOT show the first post to all readers (it will to you, I expect, but newbies don't usually view the forum in the old 'green skin' style of view that most of us regulars choose). It doesn't show first posts on subsequent pages.
UPDATE: I am in the middle of writing up a SAR request to Premier Park via email and will also email BW Legal requesting them to put it on hold, which I know they will deny.

I just wanted to double check however, as the 30 days will keep rolling, and Premier Park may not send me the details within 30 days (as I have read on here some people have had this happen).. what do I write to BW Legal?
Use the version I wrote on Monday in another BW Legal Premier Park thread.

I will be updating the NEWBIES thread with it some time this month...!

It's good forum practice for you to go find it without anyone linking it. My version is designed to force BW Legal to put the case on hold and to get all pre-action info like pics of signage, that don't fall within a SAR.
I appealed on the grounds of the discrimination act because of my circumstances of not being able to leave the car park on time,
    OK so also tell us:

    - are you disabled under the meaning within the Equality Act 2010

    - do you have a Blue Badge (this is not the same thing as the above)?

    - how long was the overstay in minutes, and had you paid for parking?

    - did you admit who was driving in the appeal and was that the keeper (same person)?

Yes the first post does show up for me, but thanks for letting me know!

The Equality Act covers most instances such as having children, and breastfeeding.. I had a small baby who I had to tend to as we were embarking on a 2.5hour trip back home, and there was no where else to park around the Marina, its all double yellows. I appealed on those grounds.

I never admitted who was the driver, at the beginning of the appeal I wrote 'Without admission of liability and responsibility.....'

The overstay was barely a few minutes over the grace period..

I have been looking at various replies to BW Legal whilst waiting for SAR request and I will be using those templates so thank you for those they really help, I was enquiring about something else but didn't make myself clear.....just responding to them about having requested a SAR is enough not to 'ignore'... is what I'm asking.. as the 30 days keeps rolling once that has passed I will just get a court letter is that right?

I know, I used to work in Disability Advice as a Service Manager.

However, the EqAct does NOT grant any ''reasonable adjustment'' provision for pregnant or breastfeeding Mums. Covered here the other day, so you are barking up the wrong tree I am afraid (I do know this area of law):

Not if you wait 3 weeks into the first 30 days and then use the new version BW Legal LBC response I wrote on Monday, as seen in several BW Legal threads today too where people have adapted it.

The response I now suggest, is somewhat sarcastic to BW Legal so change that tone if it's not for you, and it covers erasing any old address they might hold for you (if that's not relevant remove that bit) and it tells BW Legal that the person is seeking debt advice - which then buys another 30 days, if that's what you prefer to drag it out so the hearing won't come around so soon as it would have done, if that suits you.
