Considering your TV has got a great big Samsung logo on the front, how did you not notice that?

What's your point- what is wrong with Samsung?

The sale manager told me it was nearly new, 40 inch and for a Toshiba they cost £600+ new.

Your original post seems to indicate that the manager told you it was a Toshiba? If that isn't what you meant then you've lost me.

It doesn't , but they are graded e.g. "As New" or "A", they may be returns but that is semantics ....

They might need a little proof of mis-selling for a court, so without getting a lot more details it’s not quite as simple a case as “Next!”...

Exactly what? They are refurbished, ex-demo etc, not new. What is confusing for you about that?

    debitcardmayhem wasn't agreeing with you.

Not that any of that would put me off buying, if the price was right.

Nothing confusing for me, except maybe your attitude.....I'm sure the OP can read the site for themselves and distinguish the Grade A stock (which are "not used").
    As debitcardmayhem said.......Semantics...

He did and he wasn't agreeing with you.

Semantics between you asking where it was stated it was second hand, when the products are clearly refurbished and not new.

So he was saying that you are playing word games in between calling the TVs second hand or refurbished.
Worse still, you tried to claim that they were new, when you know that they aren't and then try to create an argument about it. Look to your own attitude.

So you are simply trying to mislead everyone. You are already on ignore, but I post only to save people from your obvious lies.
