What do you think it is worth from your research?
  • Looks a bit overpriced considering the location isn't massively desirable for many, and the bathrooms look a state.

I wouldn't offer on it personally as PurpleBricks + unrealistic buyer = headache IMO, however if you had to I wouldn't be offering more than £350k

Nothing. The parking would be a major problem. You would only get one car on there otherwise you would block your neighbour in.

I wouldn't want the arguements with the next door neighbour over parking. So I wouldn't buy it.

The is room for 2 cars, 3 could be squeezed in at a pinch, but it would be hell for visitors or party's that fall on mon-fri

Oh wow if ever there was a thread crashy loves.

OP ignore when someone called crashy comments something like 'I wouldn't offer anything above £250k IMO'. He's a troll forever hating the world that he's stuck in renting.

I don`t think you ever laid out your thought process for why basic shelter should be over-priced, requiring years of mortgage debt to live in? Feel free to do so now if you want.....

It is called supply/demand, high property prices are common in pretty much all economically developed towns and cities, subject to population. You may fantasise about the day a house costs only 1x your salary at best, but you are living in lala land.
