When did Scotland leave the UK?

In your main site article on reclaiming tax for married couples there is this line I realise that allowances for higher rate tax payers are now different in Scotland but that does not mean that we have left the UK :mad:

I was referring to it on Desktop. The blue version may well be better on mobile but I don't want to have to keep switching between them especially as it's virtually impossible to find the option to switch on the blue version!
