    On a self-cert IO, shouldnt be any problem! You can stick the new double glazing on the mortgage too! wont hardly notice it on the repayments...

    Yes.Think I would buy the St.Johns Wood property to live in and then the one in Port Glasgow as my future btl pension.Tell um you earn £2 million a year,best do this through Northern Rock because they are so trusting and won`t check it.Get an interest only mortgage because they are cheaper and then sit back and watch your properties go up by at least 50% a year.

    Whilst you are at it,get a bit extra on the mortgage and buy a villa in Spain as they go up 100% a year.

    Sounds like a plan!

    I hear them farms in Zimbabwe are going real cheap also. Just get planning permission for a hundred new executive appartments and its value will go up by zillions!
