I thought you were going to move in with me?

But remember ... dmg is for life, not just for Christmas! x

    ...............BUY, BUY, BUY

    You know it makes sense.

You may even be able to get an extra 15k on the mortgage so you can pay off your debts and have a nice holiday as well.

then you'll be debt free and own a home.

    Fantastic.

#1. The people that run these "sell your house and rent back" companies are generally lying thieves and are best avoided

#2. This time next year house prices in general will be lower than they are now

#3. Cheap houses are a good thing not a bad thing

    SS...c'mon sweetie...

You know it makes sense to pay off the last bits of debt and get 5% deposit together... and enough for furniture. Houses are money pits when you've nowt to sit/sleep on!

Have you worked out how much you need for solicitors, furniture, deposit? Maybe a new target would help!

Don't listen to her, she knows nothing. Every second you wait you loose out on rising prices. Buy now before it's too late!

You don't need a deposit or money for fees... just buy a brand new executive apartment. Not only will they pay all your fees and deposit they'll give you cash back so you can pay off any outstanding debts and buy a new BWM X5 for yourself, and a Boob-Job for the misses!

Go-on, everyone else is doing it!
