What?? Some people have been taken to court by ECP. Are you sure?

I'm not derailing this thread. I simply asked the original poster if they had been successful and then others commented and I am simply replying with my concerns. I dont understand why you are so offended by my comments!

From all the forums I've looked on tonight and a Facebook search on ecp fines I found some people discussing been taken to court so yes it appears they have (may be only a tiny percentage but still a percentage)or else it wouldn't be a concern of mine!

Euro Parking services, but not Euro Car Parks. Don't believe what you read on Facebook!

And no-one except a hopeless victim with a bad defence, or an aggressive idiot who is so unreasonable that they pee off the court and get stung for punitive costs, pays quadruple!

You are on a forum where we know what we are talking about, and have done this for YEARS and have seen all parking court case hearings, on a daily list (also for years, and no ECP ones have featured*) unlike rumours from clueless people on pointless social media vehicles like Facebook.



* in fact they tried one (just once) about 8 - 10 years ago, where they got over-excited due to a person having about 20 PCNs (so the money attracted them to try) and it was so badly pleaded that ECP folded and have never featured on the court lists since.
