Cost of buying all electric house versus one with gas

Do you have to stick with storage heaters? Could you look at alternatives- underfloor heating for example.
Why? Storage heaters allow you to buy cheap off peak electricity, use it to create and store heat, and release that heat during peak tariff times. With any other form of electric heating, you are paying the full tariff rate whenever you need to use it.0 -
All electric heaters are 100% efficient, now if they found a way to store it and only release when wanted that's different, but the is a lot of marketing bull... out their.
Some of them, like the Dimplex Quantum range, seem to be better insulated so better at only letting the heat out when it is needed. Or at least that's what I've heard from local owners of them.0
