Samsung U600 - reception problems

Today I got a new phone - a deal with Mobile Outlet for a cashback deal on T-mobile.

However, most of the time the phone says Limited Service - and only allows emergency calls it says. Sometimes it gets one bar.

My old Nokia is getting 5 bars!

Does anyone know if there is a solution to this? Even some sort of external thing I could attach when I'm at home?

Thanks

Shona

Sounds like a faulty handset. We have a U600 in the household and it gets as strong a signal as all the other phones.

As you are on T-Mobile, might be worth popping into an official T-Mobile shop and asking for an opinion.
