You have given enough information that they can possibly work out which car park this was, and roughly what time the alleged event occurred, so can possibly link this thread to the keeper.
They may now have an address and can possibly work out who else lives at that address. It is possible they can then deduce on the balance of probabilities who was driving, especially if someone was stupid enough to actually type the words, "I was driving" on an internet forum monitored by parking scammers.
