Thanks girl chops and Charlie. I tried PayPal for a claim but it’s over 180 days. I paid with PayPal funds.
I’ll try calling them after Easter, and if no joy I’ll try resolver, thanks.
I certainly won’t be buying from Argos eBay any more, especially electricals.

I think they will sort your issue out, but you need to find the right way to contact them.
I had a similar issue with IKEA. Telephone support was an endless wait. Emails went unanswered. But Facebook or Twitter (I can't remember which!) worked a treat, and they sorted things out very quickly.No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?0 -
Just to update this, I ended up calling them and they sent a pre paid label for me to return them. Received a refund after about 1 week.I Hate Jobsworths!!!0
