absolutely. do a clean install and install sp2 before getting on the net.
it can take about 30 seconds to get infected from the net without sp2 installed.Get some gorm.0 -
Maybe he has just installed the whole OS, not just Service Pack 2.
So the advice may not be pertinent to him.0 -
