  • Thanks both. Appeal submitted via their website as advised in newbie thread and screenshots saved. Grateful that someone has got our backs! may be useful to note that their online form requires you to respond yes/no as to whether you are the driver of the vehicle and then whether you are the registered keeper (responded no to both). Would be very easy to trip up if it wasn't for the advice on here!
