Councils often refuse permission for a dropped kerb if there isn't sufficient space for a car to park.
There is no "official" size that a parking space has to be, but parking standards (from a planning department) required 2.4 metres wide and 4.8 metres long.
As the space is only 2 metres wide, I would argue that this is not a sufficient size to be a parking space or advertised as such.
I would give the letting agent the keys to your car and tell them to park it in the space without damaging anything. If they can't do this, then they clearly should not have let the property as having parking.
If it says it comes with parking, the parking should be suitable. You shouldn't have to check to see if a car would fit in the space!Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
