House price

I'm not going to profess to be an expert on house prices in Bristol.
But, similar properties around look more reasonable. The construction quality and interior of this house look poor. It was bought in 2017 for £300,000 and looks like the renovation was done pretty cheaply and the interior needs redoing.
Also - there are kitchen units in the toilet??
I don't think the starting price would motivate me to offer. At a pinch I'd probably pay £305,00? But, I think instead I'd try and strecth to something like https://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-69934144.html which looks much nicer to me.
I might be missing some key local info here? Either that, or the list price is absurd.
It's a utility room - kitchen type sink, cupboards, space for a washing machine - and a toilet! Yuk !0 -

Maybe it means its a separate kitchen room, and not all in 1 big open plan space.0 -
looks cheap and tacky. I would not buy it for £370. Much nicer houses in stoke gifford, which is also a massive car pak for parkway commuters
and a poor epc as befits the build quality0 -

I was told you make money on a house when you buy it, not when you sell. Looks from previous sales, like this property may have been bought near its ceiling in 2017 but could be wrong. Personally it looks okay, are the kitchen units a very light sage green? Might be the screen resolution. Noticed the internal doors are a contrasting shade to the flooring and the blue/black tiles on the bathroom floor don’t seem to match the cream/brown tiles in the bathroom. Vanity units in the bathrooms look a bit like screwfix specials but I can be picky. It’s tidy enough but priced way too high.0

Also from your link:
However, recently published figures from HM Revenue and Customs into UK Property Transactions for January indicate that the property market in 2019 is showing more buoyant signs than the Reapit figures suggest.
The 101,170 residential transactions in the UK, completed in January, represents an increase of 0.8& between December and January. The figures also mark a 1.3% increase in residential transactions compared with January 2018.0
