Why are some houses on the market for so long?

On street parking to me screams “if you’re lucky”. Terraced means no side access. I’ve no idea if this is normal for the area (I’m a Southerner!), but my house hunting criteria is parking and semi/end terrace.0

Lol so many differing opinions. If people think this house has issues such as narrow rooms and parking, show me links to other similar houses.0

The house has rear access and parking secured(sort of) by gated access.
Not ideal for everyone.0 -

I gave you links to the places people are buying
You need to work through those and decide what this place is worth to you against those.
I got the impression it is investment area so base your valuation on that for resale.
Owner occupied is a bonus.
That's my very basic outsider view I don't need to live there.0 -
Our house is listed as for sale under advice from our agent and with agreement of our buyer. Unfortunately our buyer has had the chain collapse beneath them several times, so it’s just an added safety blanket for us. As it happens, we haven’t had any better offers and are happy to continue with the sale.0

Thanks @Timotei75
The behavior of the letting agent is quite bizarre0 -

It’s not overpriced if it’s been sold for a similar price.
Please tell me where I can buy a 3 bedroom for £70k in inner city Manchester0 -

It is about 70k overpriced, just because it sold overpriced before doesn`t mean it will again.0 -
Everything is overpriced in Crashy world. Even if it's just been auctioned for that price. Even if there's been a throng of buyers queueing up waving money at the vendor.
If you could buy a Grade I listed mansion for a tenner, it'd be overpriced.0
