- Wait for your DQ from the CCBC, or download one from the internet, and then re-read post #2 of the NEWBIES FAQ sticky thread to find out exactly what to do with it.
post #16 of this thread over on page 1 also told you what to do
NB:- every time you ask questions that are already answered in your thread or in the NEWBIES thread, you will be referred back to them like a kid that hasnt done their homework

Lot of information for a newbie to absorb

I am still trying...just posted to update you all and see if there is anything new0 -
This may sound really crazy but I have just realised that I have not sent the DQ yet back to the court. The last return date is 1st July (tomorrow). As the court helpline is close today so I have no idea what I can do. Should I travel to Northampton (1.5hr drive) first thing tomorrow morning and drop it there OR wait for helpline to open at 8:30am. Any advice please?
Also, on the court letter it says that "serve copies on all otehr parties". However I can't find the address of claimant in this letter.0 -
Have a look at post # 16, where you will find instructions what to do with the DQ, you don't need to drive to Northampton!0

its not a court either, its just a government office , you will be adding your local court details on the DQ, so no court has been allocated yet
get it done and get it emailed asap, no need to leave the house
the N1 form should have the details of the claimant listed , plus it should be on the DQ you received from the claimant as well0 -
Ok, great, thanks. There is no detail of eamil address on the court letter. Should I send to the same email which I used for defence email? CCBCAQ@justice.gov.uk0

I have not received DQ from Claimant yet.0
-
its a CCBC letter, not a court letter, there is no court yet
YES , email it to the same place you emailed the defence
check all your paperwork for details about the claimant PPM, plus check their website too, the claimant details may be on the lawyer letter you received earlier0 -
Yes, I used that instructions from Bargepole to fill the N180 form. However not clear on this last minute post bit.0
-
once the form is filled in etc , scan it and email it as a pdf attachment to that CCBC address (and delete the idea in your head that it is a court, its not)
then email to PPM using the contact details on their website
email it to their lawyer too , just to be sure you have told all parties0
