More likely to be the breaking of the news to her sister, the RK, who is (as I understand it), blissfully unaware of any of this at the moment.so what are you worried about ?

unless the DRIVER is named by the RK to ECP, its the RK who will appear in court if it gets that far, not anyone else, be a shame if the first time the RK hears about this is a court claim form from the CCBC in Northampton (MCOL)
if the RK names the driver to ECP, only then will the RK be off the hook and the driver may be taken to court (the county court local to the RK or DRIVER)
ECP have 6 years to take the correct person to court0 -
