Raw meat complaint

Can anyone advise who to report this to please?
Bought Hunters chicken from Food Warehouse(Iceland), followed cooking instructions to cook from frozen. Seemed odd that the time was 30 mins + 10 for sauce. Took it out, absolutely raw.
Been asked if oven was hot. It wouldn't have mattered if the oven had been on all night.
I have pictures to verify.

40 minutes in total doesn't sound right for a frozen, raw chicken dish, I'd be expecting that for a chilled dish. Are you sure you've read the instructions correctly.

Also, did you preheat your oven first and is it working properly?

I can only see 3 hunters chickens on the Iceland website. They all have a cook from frozen time of 50-55 minutes. One has a cooked from chilled giving the times you stated.

Are you sure you read the instructions properly? If so which one did you buy?

    Oven Frozen
    Fan 180°C Cook time: - 40 min.

    Gas 6

    Pre-heat oven Fan 180°C/Gas 6.

Remove outer packaging and film lid, place sauce sachet in a bowl of hot water.

Place on a baking tray near the middle of the oven.

30 minutes into cooking time separate chicken, pour over sauce, return to oven for 10 minutes.

Remove chicken, stir sauce and pour over to serve.

Guys, thank you for the quick responses.
Yes, I've contacted Iceland, I have pictures of the food and the instructions but not sure how to post on here.
I agree, the 30 minutes sounded odd so I assumed it was precooked.

Just add your pics to a hosting site, such as imgur.com, and post the links.

Again, did you preheat the oven first, and also did you check your oven is working correctly? The reason I mention the last bit is that last Sunday the element on my fan oven blew and I didn't notice until after I'd taken out the roast only to find it hadn't been cooked fully. Must've happened during the cooking as the oven was warm but not the temperature it should've been.

Which I did. I thought perhaps the chicken was precooked but it wasn't.
