We know from other threads that the CCBC was at least 2 weeks behind; probably more now with the long Easter weekend last week.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

IF you are concerned (or want to get ahead of the game) you could refer back to KeithP's post # 8, where he gives a link to enable you to download a DQ.

I received the questionnaire few days back and i need to complete it by 20th May. It says, "You must by 20th May 2019 complete the Small Claims Directions Questionnaire (Form N180) and file it with the court office." Does it mean the Questionnaire has to reach court before 20th May or it can be posted by 20th May and can reach couple of days later? Do you advise to take a proof of posting?

Also, is there a need to include a letter informing court that copies have been served to the Claimant or just posting the Questionnaire would suffice?

It means they must receive it by 20th May. I believe, unless the papers from CCBC say otherwise, you can e-mail it to the same address that you sent your defence, check post # 8 again.

Thanks for the reply. Court letter does not say it can not be emailed. It says You must by 20th May 2019 complete the Small Claims Directions Questionnaire (Form N180) and file it with the court office." and provides the postal address for the Northampton county court business centre. I can paste a copy of the letter if needed? Shall I email it to the court? Shall i email it to the claimant too?

Please find attached the letter from the court and filled directions questionnaire to be sent. Filled it as per the guidelines given here.

Do not forget to send a copy to the Claimant - address on the Claim Form.

Thanks for the reply, much appreciated. I meant the same too that it should be ok to email as there is nothing in the letter suggesting that it can not be done. I assume, i need to post it to the Claimant's solicitors, emailing them is not enough? Does the questionnaire look ok?
