Need urgent help: County court claim private parking PCN

I read on these forums that 10 mins grace period should be allowed ,to enter, read the signs, decide not to accept the contract, and leave. As per their photos, the car was there only from 12.15 to 12.21 which is about 6 minutes? can anything be included with regards to that?
But I already did. Have you read & understood the suggested defence?
Obviously use your correct name.in my defence, should i use same name as specified in the claim (last name ... first name) or correct it in the defendant name as first name .. last name or it does not matter.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I could see you had included in the defence. Defence was filed and I have received a confirmation of that in post.Coupon-mad wrote: »But I already did. Have you read & understood the suggested defence?

which appears to be a letter enclosing their DQ. You don't need to do anything about it until you receive your own DQ from the CCBC.0 -

Yes, that's true. I was wondering if I could offer them say around £50-60 to settle it and save all the hassle of preparing witness/hearing etc, what's your opinion on that, would they accept? You were expecting that, weren't you?
Item 7 on the list in post #8 above warned you of that.0 -

No chance.
Remember we have done this every week for years and if that was an option the NEWBIES thread would say so.
In fact trying to offer a small sum to make it go away, would just show Gladstones that you have no idea what you are doing and marks you down as a victim, whereas at the moment they have you down as an MSE-assisted Defendant who is likely to win and knows what's what.
They can tell from the defence that it's forum written. Stay in that mode.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

ok, will do as you say. I have not received the DQ to fill in yet. I wonder if Gladstone received it last week why I have not got it yet, I wonder if it has got lost in post? Is there a minimum time in which it has to be sent.Coupon-mad wrote: »No chance.

You only filed your Defence a few days ago didn't you?ok, will do as you say. I have not received the DQ to fill in yet. I wonder if Gladstone received it last week why I have not got it yet, I wonder if it has got lost in post? Is there a minimum time in which it has to be sent.
The Claimant has twenty-eight days after receiving your Defence to consider their options and notify the CCBC that they wish to continue.
We have no idea when the CCBC sent your Defence to the Claimant. It follows therefore, that we have no idea when that twenty-eight day period expires.
Of course following that, we don't know how long it will take the CCBC to notify you, and thus send you a blank Directions Questionnaire for you to complete.
In short, be patient.0
