Where to move photos from phone to keep as the take space on the

    simply download Google photos app.

    open app

    click menu 3 bars top left

    click on 'Free up space'

    all your photos will then upload and delete from device

    They are always in the google photo app in the cloud FREE

    Can you help a non tech person,i have an i-phone 5 that has icloud photo library that states " auyo upload and store your entire library in icloud to acess photos and videos from all your devices"
    So how do i access the photos on my desktop computor?
    Sorry if it makes me look stupid but i am not a techno.

    What is your desktop computer? Windows PC or Apple Mac?

    You can install iCloud on a Windows PC and link it to your Apple account. (In fact it's usually offered when you install or update iTunes). On a Mac it should be configured automatically.

    App on mobile to upload first

    You can then go into 'Google Photos' on line in your browser on PC/laptop
