Parcelwizards - Anyone with a valid Phone Number?

After a great start with Parcelwizards, their booking form (Provided by http://www.logiforms.com) threw a tantrum & placed our email address in the address line on the subsequent bookings made 2 days ago.

Parcelforce came & collected all our Parcels but only had 1 x booking

I managed to get an email reply from them (signed off as Dewi Griffiths) showing us where the error was made & they asked us to rebook the parcel which will be done FOC, but this cannot be done without resending the payment.

Now our Parcels are being held at the Middlesbrough depot until the correct paperwork is sent over.

I have pulled their details from eBay & Paypal without being able to actually contact anyone to get this problem sorted out.

eBay: 01792 720019 (Not a Valid Number)
Paypal: 01792 678016 (Voicemail)
Paypal (DMS UK Ltd): 08448 842261 (Recorded Message - Please call during Office hours????)

  • Unfortunately TKPeters your post contains incorrect information that I feel we must set straight.

Our booking system has never, I repeat never, placed anybodies email address on the address line. The technology behind our system would make this physically impossible. Indeed, the only time we have ever had an order come in with an email address in the address box is with your orders. The error was made by the person booking the collection, which I assume would be yourself.

Our booking system is totally automated, and passes your collection straight over to DHL/Parcelforce or Citylink. If incorrect information is entered into the system the collection will fail when processed by the courier, and we are most of the time charged for this failed collection.

Also as mentioned, we do not offer telephone support. We would have to drastically increase the price of our service to offer this.

Your booking system is Provided by http://www.logiforms.com
We never realised that error (which maybe our fault) had occurred until the email from yourselves last night showing the error

We are still awaiting the booking to be rebooked with Parcelforce Middlesbrough who have our parcels in their depot & I have replied with the correct booking info & raised a ticket on your website without any further replies from yourself.

Maybe you should have a confirmation of data screen before accepting the booking, as we would have seen the error before submitting the collection

Why have a customer support phone number on your 3 x Paypal Accounts if you do not offer any support or at least an option for live contact to ensure that the relevant paperwork has been passed to Parcelforce?

WHEN WILL THE BOOKING ERROR BE RESOLVED?

Parcelwizards you might want to make sure your telephone number on ebay is valid as that is required as a condition of selling and for newly registered sellers it could be enough for ebay to temporarily suspend your account.

parcelwizards - why did you edit your post to remove the wording "you are no longer welcome to use our service" at the bottom of your post?

i saw it and i'm sure other people did too

Maybe they realised the amount business we've given them since they started & that is would be bad for business to start banning customers who've had a problem with them.

Still not had any contact from them via phone or email (You have my details, Matthew)

unfortunatly it seems the rival courier companies and resellers have hit their price limit.
now it seems we are seeing the results of running these services so cheaply

Oh dear, I rarely use couriers but with Christmas coming up I had planned a few Christmas boxes to various places and had also promised my mother I would arrange a courier to collect a parcel from her as well.

We look like we are fast running out of couriers that people can recommend.

It is a Genuine ParcelWizard as they've contacted me stating
Firstly I would like to mention that we are not very happy with your post on Money Saving Expert. Your post contains incorrect contact information, and the business Cyris Media (Of which ParcelWizards is a division of) does not trade under DMS UK Limited.

It would be helpful if you would remove these incorrect references immediately.

Secondly, I am happy to announce that we are currently having a phone system installed. Based on our business plan we are not able to fund this at our current prices, however we will start off with an 0871 national rate number to see if that will fund the telephone support.

Telephone support will be limited at present, and will be introduced this evening or tomorrow.

    Yours Faithfully

As I've pointed out that DMS UK Ltd was the Business Name on one of their Paypal account & the same Name & address is used for eBay, all the Domain Names & Companies House info
