    I’ve got several photos but can’t work out how to upload them, it would be good to show you as it really does look awful. All I have are photos on my iPad..

    The carpet came to almost 3k, if I’d paid £3 sq m it might have been less painful lol.

    Thanks for that, one image is of a bedroom entrance which was fitted in December and next to it is our landing that was fitted a few weeks ago, you can see how much it’s worn. The other image is our lounge which looks matted.

    It does doesn’t it, bit much for four months and it was earlier it’s just taken me this long to complain..

    looks like the pile has matted somehow,usually due to walking on it with wet shoes.Wouldnt have expected it to happen so quick.If its a long pile hoover against the pile to keep it standing up.
